Chapter 24: The Living Light Breath I made an important discovery several years ago when I was in Florida teaching a workshop. During the class I did a Heart & Soul Healing session with a volunteer. In her session she went to a past life when she was watching Christ being crucified on the cross. She talked about witnessing Christ's death. Being an empath, I asked the class if they would like to feel what it felt like for Christ to leave His body. The class and the volunteer agreed and I moved into that place. What I was able to feel was Christ taking His last physical breath. As He died, His head dropped down towards His chest. There was a moment of complete silence and then it felt as though something was pulling Him straight out of His body. As I continued to follow Him energetically, I realized His vibration had created a gate or portal to access God. I became aware that all we had to do was love ourselves as much as Jesus loved Himself and through our vibration we would access this gate. This is the same vibration that Buddha and many other ascended masters became. This vibrational state is not about religion; it's about self-love. The gate created by Christ's vibration opened at the time of His death and is available to all human consciousness. The gate connects the body and the soul, the realms above and the realms below, and the inner worlds with the outer worlds. The gate was specifically activated as Christ took His last physical breath and moved into the Living Light Breath. The Living Light Breath is a way to move into unity consciousness, connect with the Christ consciousness grid, and connect with all living consciousness everywhere. The Living Light Breath To explore this process, first connect to Christ at the time He was on the cross taking His last breath. Imagine standing in front of Christ and looking up at Him. Without feeling all the emotions this may evoke, such as pain and sorrow, simply observe and connect with Him. As you connect with Christ, imagine you are Christ Himself about to take His last earthly breath. Without feeling the physical effects of the crucifixion, allow yourself to imagine how taking that last breath would feel. Christ's last breath was pure light. Upon releasing the last breath (experienced by some as a very deep sigh), your head is drawn naturally down and to the right as your body goes limp. Allow your head to simply fall slightly forward onto your chest and roll over and up to the right. Imagine yourself floating in the air about ten feet above Christ's head. Directly above Christ's body, a passageway or tube of Light was created for His soul to reconnect and travel back to Source. Imagine yourself as Christ on the cross, taking your last breath. Then imagine yourself within this tube, breathing and drawing your Light Breath from Source. Bring the Living Light Breath down into your physical body, into your Hara. Once you know how to access the gate, you no longer need to visualize the crucifixion to do the Living Light Breath technique. You will be able to easily access the gate through your intention to unconditionally love yourself. Basic Breathing Logistics The complete breath consists of three natural, specific states of focus: inhalation, retention (a holding or pause state), and exhalation. The physical logistics of the Living Light Breath are as follows:
Continue to breathe in this manner seven times. Each time imagine your breath traveling up the tube on your in breath, bringing in the Light of Source. Once you are filled with the Living Light of Source, bring your breath down into your Hara point and hold for as long as it's comfortable, without straining. On the eighth breath move your point of focus to your pineal gland and
center your breath from there. From your pineal, you now will be able
to connect to all your chakras in a new and non-polarized way. Consider making this way of breathing a part of your daily life. Let
it become a part of who you are. Do this breathing each morning so you
can have the benefit of this energy and clarity throughout the day. The
ideal state would be to stay centered in your pineal, breathing from that
place all the time. In addition, breathing from the pineal allows you
to consciously become a part of Unity Consciousness, as well as connect
to the Christ Consciousness Grid. Breathing this breath enables you to
move into the timeless space of the moment and stay present and aware
while connected consciously to the Creator. Breathing the Living Light
Breath is the quickest, easiest, and most harmonious way to bring
the aspect of INscension into your body and integrate it into your
very way of being. For those of you who would like further information, I have developed a video, Living Light Breath -- Gateway to Unity Consciousness. |
